Steve,

As we're both men-of-the-world; I'd like 2 ask you something.

I've recently changed my car.
I sent a photo of it to a friend in Moscow and she "pissed herself".
I asked what was so funny and she said the registration number 'means something' in Russian; but she was too embarrassed to tell me what it was.
So I asked my (Ukrainian) girlfriend. She went 'red' and told me not to be disgusting.
Mega-mystery ??????????????

V27 XYU

Can you let me in on the "embarrassing / disgusting" secret.

S.B.

Red face I Think...

Stevie,

XYU = khoy, maybe

It means Cock - Knob etc,

However, it's far more offensive to say it in Ukraine.

Imagine saying the c word in front of your grand mother and all her mates, it's a bit like that.

That's my guess anyway.

Take care,

Vlas.

Did you know that Ukie, like Welsh has no swearing! It has adopted those terrible words from elsewhere.

Steve,

The English word that also means hooligan, begins with a y and ends in a b, never say it in Ukraine, it's very offensive.

It lead to an amusing incident when I forgot and described my sister as a y** and just as I said that word the music stopped

So what if the old woman died of shock she was 90

Take care

Vlas

Steve,

So, (hypothetically),if I said K1 was a "****ing ***", that might be taken the wrong way ????
Just curious.

Nope it's the F word

If you want to know more, mail me and I'll send you a load of rude Slavic words.

Working over here, you just got to know what you're being called and at Ukie school when I was a nipper they never taught you them. Too interesting I guess

Now I AM confused.

So, if I told Marina I fancied a "***", what would I most likely receive?????????

P.S. Stevie, I'm delighted to inform you I have just been EXPELLED from http://www.scotland.com
They didn't like my 'thread' :

" DO SCOTSMEN WEAR THEIR WIVES' KNICKERS TOO, OR JUST STICK WITH THE SKIRTS ?? "

Do you read VIZ ?? A couple of years ago they were taken to Court by the publishing firm D.C.Thompson of Edinburgh, for running stories "libelously" close to their own comic characters.
VIZ won, and next issue they introduced a new character:

"D.C.Thompson, the Humourless Scottish Bastard"

P.S. Yes !!!! Delighted to swap naughty slavic words for the best (rude) Flintstones download you'll ever see.
