I see street beggars here. Ukraine isn't alone. I would assume that even Britan has this. Everywhere else in the world that I've been to has street beggars. It's nothing new.I personally hate having coins in my pocket so I pass the coins off to the old babuska's all the time.

I won't presume to answer for my governments actions in reguards towards visas for Ukrainians. I haven't been able to get a visa foir my step son to visit his mother here despite having round trip tickets, a secure well paid job and leaving his wife and 2 sons there ensure that he has a reason to return. I enlisted my US Senator to seek a reason for the denial. They didin't give them any more of an explaination than me for the minute and a half visa interview. But that's what it is.
