can anyone offer help or info on how to marry in kiev?my fiancee is ukrainian and I am dutch, we wanna make the papers in kiev. is it a just a simple step of going to cityhall there??any info will be ap-preciated. I just wanna makje alist of the steps and calculate how much time it will need. the big party will be afterwards in holland. thank you

You need to be there for 30 fays before you're allowed to marry her in Ukraine. Documented by your passport stamps.
Then you can marry er at the local ZAGS office. Church weddings aren't legal there yet. She'll know where to go to get on the list at the local ZAGS office.
