How should Ukrainians and Russians treat eachother?

With respect.This is on an individual basis. If you do anything differently and they have been respectful then you are proving the point of some Russians. If you treat them with respect and they are spiteful then you are a bigger person than them. If they are spiteful and you point out there flaws then you are trying to educated them and that is a very hard thing to do with people who have developed a deep seated dislike.

I do not believe all, indeed the majority of, Russians have this problem with Ukraine. I personally know a few who do but I know more who do not.
