Ukrainian gun laws?
Anyone know what the gun laws are in the Ukraine? What are you allowed to own, carry, etc? Is there a shooting/gun culture like there is here in the U.S.? How expensive is it to buy a gun? How available is ammunition?
I know I have asked a lot of questions but I would be totally stoked if I could get info on this. The WWW seems to be rather silent on this issue. |

I don't know about the laws, but I do know that Ukrainians were always known to really hang on to their guns even though they(guns, not Ukrainians,
) were almost outlawed during happy good'ol Soviet times.Kinda like our fellow rednecks here,in the US.

Rifled weapons are prohibited in Ukraine for civil citizens. Only few categories of weapons are allowed for hunters. There is possibility to buy air-gun or traumatic gun though.
True in some regions of Ukraine having a gun is necessity. For example in Crimea where Ukrainian and Russian societies are face terror of Tatar immigrants. These immigrants are Islamists who claim their right for land. They usurp public lands and build there chaotic ghettos which are very like slums in India. Recently minister of police Yury Lutsenko said state terror is only way to solve the problem and he is ready to use caterpillars to push those Tatar immigrants away from property of state and local communities. Good luck, Yury. I’d like to publish some photos when caterpillars will clean Ukrainian lands from trash. |

As you can see for yourself,Yury,in Ukraine you probably have to own some sort of personal protection in case you ran into a pack of racist scum like Max over here.In Ukraine, they're allowed to march through the streets ,wearing uniforms, just like their beloved german nazi brethren used to.
Hey,Max,is that the result of all that "Western education"? It turned you into a nazi fruitcake? Or were you one even before? Last edited by Ak-Murza; 25th August 2009 at 21:46. |

ATTN:Kathy...
I fail to see how your protection of a raving racist can make you an honest and impartial moderator. His statements are openly racist and insulting. But instead of reprimanding a racist, you edit posts, aimed to criticise him.Do you share his racist nazi views,Kathy?

Well I don't think there is anything about racism here. All European countries face problems with immigrants. Situation first of all is about property rights, law and order.
And this is truth about tatar slums in Crimea. They call them "Jamilevky" or "Jamil areas". It is also truth Tatars uzurp lands of local communities. If the crime is made, it should be punished no matter if you are black or white. |
