Are there any Ukrainian(or others) GUITAR players here? I'm a guitar player. I think that the guitar is an instrument that touches your soul. Did you ever hear a guitar played that seemed like it's talking to your soul? Sometimes when I'm feeling down I take my guitar and start to play music that I just make up on the way. I don't even notice how I just created a song. It's awesome!

Hi, brother GjesusM -
Sorry - only just hit this board !

YES : I'm a guitar player. I have a '67 Stratocaster which I used in my 1970's Gospel rock band "The High Calling"(...from Phillipians 3-14 - AV), but now I play a 1993 Fender Precision 'light' which is a lovely active narrow-fret bass guitar in our worship band, and sometimes down at the local Pub when the regular friday night guy doesn't turn up! However, last year I also bought a beautiful blond 'Washburn' acoustic, so that I can play small venues without needing any electronics and also to take to Ukraine with me. My son Roger now has the strat, as he plays in his church band (and better than me!!!).

I don't have much time to practice and my greatest joy is in integrating with others, so for me, personal playing is not much fun - playing in a band is really FANTASTIC.

.....but I know where you're coming from - good luck and God bless your endeavours.
ANDREW.

Hi GjesusM,
Well I don't live in the Ulraine I live in the U.S.A. But I am goin to Kharkov sept. 18th. I play the bass guitar for a rock band in the Philadelphia area. I was wondering about the music in the Ukraine and I seen your add. "Keep plucking them string". What part of the Ukraine do you live? Who knows, maybe we can get together when I visit Kharkov if you are not to far from there and we can jam a little . Take care for now and keep the music flowing !!!

Cool

Hello everybody, I'm not a guitar player yet, but I am taking guitar courses on my freshman year in high school, but first I got to go through intromusic course... So it will take some time, before I know how to play guitar, and I'm really looking forward it!

Good luck to all Guitar players, and everybody else, and of course Glory to Ukraine the Great!

No, but I wanna be. I have a guitar, but I don't know how to play it yet. It needs to be tuned badly.

Love to all, night.
