Thought I would mention that there is or was an opera playing in Lviv, called "Moses". It's the first all new Ukrainian opera to happen in a long time. It's composed by Myroslav Skoryk, and based on an Ivan Franko poem by the same name. So I am guessing the opera is about a story of Ukrainian opression at the hands of the Russians. My cousins in Lvovi don't know how long it will run for, but it's there for now.
