I too want to say "thank you" for adding this wonderful music site. Serhii, when my husband and I married, down in the basement of the hall where the reception was held, were about 12 old men from Ukraine, drinking beer and in beautiful voices singing songs from Ukraine. We knew by their tone and melody, they were singing of their love of their Motherland and how much they missed it. Now 50 (yes 50) years later, I can hear them singing and my eyes fill with tears, but I did not understand the words. To the Ukranian people here, their music is almost sacred for they know they need to remember it for future generations
