Smile

Hi all,

I have read all posts since 1999........

I would to give my tku to all writers...

Like object , heedless of many WARNING coming from some post and some family members and friends, i will start with my girlfriend from italy with car.(we are italian)

Unfortunately many people here inform me about risks and
hazards of my UKR tour.
This,hope bad,informations (i.e border problems, militsia,
,health assistence, language) give preoccupation to us.

Now we decide to start because we are not bad , dishonest,
with arrogance and absolutly no interested to night life or sex tourism.

For this reasons why UKR people or militsia give trouble to us?

Sure, we like reply on this directions to quiet us.

However in May we start and trough COP we go to visit
UKR places and people.....

Gianni

Smile You'll be fine

Last year two my friends from UK visited Ukraine driving old "Vauxhall"("Opel"). They went up to Chernigiv - not having any problem with anything/anybody - and happily came back.
One thing You may be asked on the border - health insurance.
Also expect to be stopped by police a bit often than in Italy. - but don't bribe them (and anybody else!) - even when it looks like they ask You. Always leave car on guarded parkings. Be careful while driving in bigger cities - Ukrainian drivers are a bit less polite than western ones.
If need any info/help about/in Lviv (western Ukraine) - may contact me -
