Hi. if you are seeking the best way regarding moving to Ukraine then I suggest you my service: An easy, simple, safe and clear option is to become my registred business partner, which gives you the solution to your business and administrative documents here, I take care about all of them and I registrate you legally with me so you get a legal registration, visa, visa prolongation, permanent residency, work permit, and even citizenship if you wish it.

This is the easiest, cheapest, safest and fastest way.
Best regards,
NB: I've got a 15 years of experience in assisting foreigners in Kiev.

Sounds good

I plan to move from the U.S. to Nikolayev in Sept. and would like to avoid any immigration problems. I am marrying a woman from Ua. and want to stay with her for obvious reasons. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have a marriage to a Ukraine citizen you can apply for a perm. residency there after a 2 year marriage IIRC. Til then you'd need to leave the country for 90 days every after three months staying there.
The OP states that he can make you a business partner and get a business visa for a long term stay. I'm not sure but this sounds risky to me.

The guy should have brought more info on what he proposed. For instance, you can get permanent Ukrainian residency by investing 100 th euro in business here. One of the most popular options here is to buy a house and invest it into a share capital of a company. You also can try the employment scheme, and others.

BTW is anybody interested in doing his own business in western part of Ukraine? My father has to leave his business because of his illness and I cannot take my family and move from Kyiv to manage it. He owes a grocery store, wood processing and tile producing facilities. There is no need to give more info here now so if you are interested please PM me or send an email.
