Dear all,

Almost a year ago I got married in Ukraine to a wonderful Ukrainian lady. Now almost a year ago we would like to get married for church.

My wife▓s sister would like to come to the wedding. But she is high pregnant (8 months) and there is a big chance that the baby will come during her visit here in Belgium.

What nationality would the child get?
Would it be possible for here to stay in Belgium?
Who would cover the expenses when the baby is born.
How can she get an insurance? Nobody in Belgium is gone insure here. I already talked to my insurance agent.

When the sister is coming it will not be on family reunion because my wife doesn▓t carry the Belgium nationality yet. And I just can invite 1 person. And this was my wife. So her sister will have to come with a tourist visa.

Does anyone have experience with this?
