Irene would be the one to respond on the particular situation in Odessa, but I would say you are looking for something upwards of $700-800.

From my experience of renting in Kiev, the finder fee is almost unavoidable. The issue is to find a good realtor that understands your needs and is not trying to scam you, especially if you don't speak Russian.
