I offer my studio flat in Odessa in Arcadia area, eurorenovated this
year, to everybody interested in first hand offer - cozy and very
inexpensive accomodation with all conveniences and hot water round the
clock. Coded-locked door, double brand new bed, Satellite TV, Spanish
tiles in bathroom. Everythign new. Warm and light, in a quite location.
Great view out of the window.

Where is the arcadia area? Is that near Deribovskaya street???

The flat located in Arcadia as I indicated in my ad, on the 10th of
April of Square 15 minutes from Deribasovskaya and 3 minutes to the sea.
Supermarkets, shops and a market are around the area. Plus it's a
recreation centre
with lots of restaurants and night clubs near the sea (though the
location of the flat itself is very quiet).

It's a good transport point where you can take transport to all
locations of the city easier than in most places. Always hot water, even
at night, good heating and separate telephone which are rare assets of
old fund flats in the very centre even if renovated. That's why it's
called luxurious location and all "New Ukrainians", all businessmen buy
property here.

Deribasovskaya is 15 minutes away from Arcadia? You mean flying right? With all the traffic going on in that area, it might take you up to a half an hour to get to the downtown.

Arcadia beach area is truly beautiful though, but the location of the apartment you're looking for, is solely based on whether you want to do a sightseeing tour (stay in downtown) or clubbing (Arcadia is your choice then).
