Maybe moving to Ukraine

I maybe moving to the Ukraine in Kremenchug. My fiancee would prefer for me to live with her instead of moving here to the U.S. I am not sure if I want to do that but I need some information firs. I have seen many post here asking about utility costs and phone costs in the Ukraine but I am unable to find any answers. Maybe I am just not looking hard enough but if anyone knows this information it would be appreciated. I will also need a flat to rent or buy if it is cheap enough.
I would love to have information.
