Hi Donquichotte,
She didn't have a phone number on the website, so I don't know what to tell you. I've posted an article on renting apartments in the travel section - have a look. There is an agency that rents in Odessa, but since they are actually based in Kiev you will probably pay higher because of the middleman fees.
You can ask Irinka - she might know something.
But generally, unless she asks you to prepay by Western Union I don't see what she can gain by misleading you.

clock. Coded-locked door, double brand new bed, Satellite TV, Spanish
tiles in bathroom. BUilt-in wooden kitchen, modern technical appliances. Everything new. Warm and light, in a quite location.
Great view out of the window.We can negatiate and agree aboutthe price. I usually rent in per night but in your case the price should be different.
