moving

Hi, I'm 17,from the UK and i am thinking about going to move to Odessa, Ukraine with my girlfriend, who is 19 and Lives there.
I was wondering if i can move there if i'm 17?
and do i have to be able to get a job, cus at the moment i cant speak in russain, and i think it would be very hard to get a job if a cant speak russain.
