Approximately how high is the monthly living cost in Odessa? I mean food, transport, electricity, gas etc.

Busses or taxi's or a limo for transportation?

filiet miginon steak or ham or fish?

Penthouse with a jacuzzi or a roach infested flat?

One person or a family of 6?

Well, as cheap as possible, I don't go there to live some luxurious western life-style. We're two adults who are going.

My wife and I guess that 600 USD should get you by fairly well. IF you don't get stuck with the tourist price and watch your spending.
