    If you have some time, I could use your help. This might be right up your alley. An orphan girl (Cossack parents)
    lands up in German orphanage via Yugoslavia / today's Serbia.??? Her daughter is looking for her roots.

    I always use a two part method when looking for places in Ukraine.

    I start with http://www.jewishgen.org/communities/loctown.asp,
    ascertain the coordinates and then move on to Ukrainian map
    http://geography.about.com/gi/dynami...s.com/ua-maps/

    Hello
    How are you.? I am begbie, the Koshman success story, post.
    I thought I saw somewhere that you live in Ukraine, is that correct?
    I will be travelling there next summer. If you do live there, are you in Western Ukraine. My gr parents and father are from the Sokal area, north of Lviv.
