Hello Irene I was recommended to make contact with you in order to discuss an issue of searching my lineage in Ukraine. I would like to outline the question briefly: My distant known ancestor is Teodor (Fiodor) Herman born between 1840-1850 in Hlibow/Hlibiv (propably). Unfortunately it is impossible to find his ancestors in polish archives because they miss previous metrics. The only chance is Ukrainian National Archives. I even sent an emial several months ago, but unresponded. dont know why. Hello,
I have been away with other concerns and upon returning found the old contact you made with me regards Mr Knebel some time ago.How did you go?
I noticed that Bob Koshman also contacted you .He is one of my friends who lives in Canada.Still have to catch up with him regards his trip to Ukraine. I will be possibly travelling to Lviv next August-September to look for my family on my fathers side. I have cousins on my mothers side in Lviv ,so I'm told, so hopefully, will have place to stay and letters of introduction etc.

im trying to reach you for some time .
my name is lior drezner and im looking for the marriage certificate of my grandparents -they got married in lvov at 1940 -i got this information from one document . after i talked to the archive of history in lvov (archives2000@lv.ukrtel.net),they said that i need to contact the law office it lvov at street oroshenko, 23 Im looking for their email- or maby you can help me getting this certifficate-as i understood i have to go to the ukraine ambassy?

How are you.? I am begbie, the Koshman success story, post.
I thought I saw somewhere that you live in Ukraine, is that correct?
I will be travelling there next summer. If you do live there, are you in Western Ukraine. My gr parents and father are from the Sokal area, north of Lviv.
