Ukrainian film director to shoot low budget film? Co-Director?

I am putting together a low budget film for summer 2004(to be shot by DVCPRO-HD-P or similiar camera). It is my understanding that Ukraine has a lot talented movie makers, especially individuals who have experience.

My budget is low ($25k for shooting, $25k for post-productions). I would be interested in finding an individual (co director) who has shot/directed film and comfortable with digital technology.

One month commitment is required. In exchange, you will be part of the team, round trip airline ticket (coach) to the States, free lodging (shared apartment)/great food/coffee, a chance participate in independent film making process, and one blow out party.

The project should be a lot of fun. Even though the film business is difficult, I plan to make some money from this venture.
