Please proofread these words for me

I've offered to translate some words into Ukrainian for a new website and I wish to provide correct pronunciations of the words, but I rarely hear spoken Ukrainian and the information I've read about Ukrainian pronunciation is conflicting.
What I've been taught is that...
i always palatalizes d dz z l n r s t and c in the speech of most Ukrainians
palatalization is assimilated wherever possible (for example, dl'a = d'l'a)
but not across unpalatalized consonants (dvi does not = d'vi)
and voicing is not assimilated (-dk- is not pronounced as -tk-)

In accorance with those, this is what I've come up with. (I hope I'm smart enough to have gotten the spellings and accents right at least !)
