Hi - my dad is Ukrainian, but seeing as I was brought up in Australia, I am only fluent in English and know very little Ukrainian.
I am a medical student and would love to be able to communicate with the non-English speaking Ukrainian patients in hospital. I was wondering if someone could help me with a few basic phrases in Ukrainian. They are: - I can speak a little Ukrainian - How are you feeling today? - Please sit down/lie down/stand up - Are you in pain? Where is it? - Does that hurt? - Please let me examine you Thanks very much for any help you can give me! Dan. |
