I haven't found what "segue" mean. Could anybody explain me, please?
Also, what's the differnce between insincere and hypocritic IN which cases can we use both and when only one of them?

Dr_Watson - Nice examples of hypocrisy :-)

"segue" is an American expression and therefore not known to native English speakers :-)

=================================
segue \SEG-way; SAYG-way\, verb:
To proceed without interruption; to make a smooth transition.

"Daylight segued into dusk"

Segue is Italian, meaning "it follows," from seguire, to follow, from Latin sequi. It is also used as a noun, signifying the act or any instance of segueing.
===================================

I should own up that I am not really that smart and found the definition on dictionary.reference.com which is useful whenever I need to translate American into English :-)

Insincere - saying something that you don't really mean. Like saying your sorry, but it's clear that you don't really mean it. You are being insincere.

Hypocritic/Hypocrite(sp?) sorry, know the meanings, don't allways know the correct spelling.
Anyways, I belive the correct term would be hypocritical. What that means, telling someone not to do/say something, even though you do it yourself.

Example: Talking to your kids about how they shouldn't drink beer, then going to the bar for some drinks afterwards.
