Englsih Newspares in Kiev?

English newspapers and English periodicals in Kiev? I just spent a month in Transcarpathia. I will be back in August and wated to venture to Kiev. Does anyone know of English newspapers or periodicals in Kiev? I was told of one called "What's On". I did a search engine search for it hoping they would have a web page. I found no newspaper of that name in Kiev. Thanks in advance for the help.

I know there are several english language newspapers in Kiev, my friend was trying to convice me to get a job writing for one. I heard they make pretty good money (for Ukraine.)
