Greetings,
I am hoping that you can help me. I am in the process of completing an art project and I need some very specialized assistance. I would very much like to include in my piece a small phrase that I would need translated from English to Ukrainian. I am very proud of my Ukrainian heritage (my mother is Andrushko), and it would mean a great deal to me to include this. If you can’t help me directly, perhaps you can direct me to someone that can. The phrase is short: “My family, my life.” Using an online English-to-Ukrainian dictionary, I was given this response. my ì³é, ìîÿ, ìîº [my miy, moya, moye ] family ðîäèíà, ñ³ì'ÿ, ñ³ìåéñòâî, ñåð³ÿ [family rodyna, simya, simeystvo, seriya ] my ì³é, ìîÿ, ìîº [my miy, moya, moye ] life æèòòÿ [life zhyttya ] I’m not sure what tense to use for each word. I would hate to guess and then express it incorrectly. Any assistance you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much, Michael |
