I am a Peace Corps Volunteer working in Kyiv (www.pcukraine.org) and need a Russian tutor to continue studying grammar. I am a VOLUNTEER and NOT a salaried american - I only get a stipend each month to cover food and living expenses. I get a small amount to reimburse a tutor, so can not afford the usual prices for foreigners. I am volunteering in this wonderful country for the next 2 yrs and hope to learn russian and ukrainian at least to a high-proficient level.

There are also a few other volunteers looking for a tutor, so one or two people might be able to get several new students at once!
Please reply here with your location and teaching experience - I hope to meet a great tutor soon and know that there's a great one out there! I've been so impressed by the Ukrainians I've been working with and meeting here. I feel under-educated next to you guys!! :-)

best regards,
wendylu
