I'm not sure about your point, but in my experience, skilled Mexican people who have been passed over for high paying jobs here in the eastern US have been victims of piss poor English skills (so to speak), and not of racism, or a lack of ability. That would be obvious to the most casual observer, unless you happen to be a bigot who dreams of the day when Mexico conquers the US and all of it's territoy at some point in the future, and makes Spanish the official language of the middle 48 states as an act of retribution. What happens then??? Does Canada inherit the border crossing problem? Or does Mexico get it right this time around, and convince it's population that they can do OK without moving north?
Do you believe that Mexico would have become a beacon of freedom and prosperity if only it kept Texas for it's own? I don't think so.
