Globehopper, in Indo-European languages a word with one vowel cannot have two syllables. The vowel gets the stress.Mind though, BCE can be read as vse (all of them) and vsyo (all of it). The difference is in writing: in the second case, E should have two dots about it (but it sometimes does not - the context is supposed to give you the clue to which is which) |

Oh, I didn''t realize you were asking about Ukrainian.
In Ukrainian 'all of them" is "vsi" About "that's everything" - everything depends on the situation. It is not a common phrase and if people want to convey this meaning each person would do it differently. |
