Best Ukrainian-English translation software

I wanted to start a discussion on Ukrainian-English translation software, because I am hoping to correspond with people in Ukraine. Though I have a Ukrainian heritage, my education is the language is lacking. I also plan on learning Ukrainian through self-study (subject of another topic).

I understand no software is perfect, but should be good enough that a person can make out what your are trying to say. Should be OK for personal correspondance.
