Dear Ukrainian Canadian Girl,
Here is an address for a transliteration table that you may find helpful. I think it's easier to learn the Cyrillic Alphabet than to try and memorize the English sounds. But this may get you started. I know it's difficult to communicate if you don't have a Cyrillic program on your computer. I too am a proud Ukrainian Canadian. Isn't it wonderful living in a country where our heritage is respected and celebrated. Good luck with the table. Bernadette http://www.terena.nl/multiling/koi8-u/ukrtranslit.html just do a search on Ukrainian Transliteration and you'll find a few more. |

Hello I am wondering if anyone knows how to set their Internet Explorer to accept Cyrillic or Ukrainian fonts? Also are there any programs that will allow me to type in Cyrillic/Ukrainian. Any feedback is appreciated.
Love Dana |

I know of two programs that will let you do that one is the unversal Translator but it does cost quite a bit
I also was able to find one doing a search on ZD-NET that does twl thing it changes the keyboard and it also trans lates the letter you may have if you have a scanner go to zdnet and then downloads and then do a search for Translators and you should find what you need If I have been any help then I am glad I was looking to do the same thing because I am writing to a nice lady in the Ukraine Sumy |
