Advice

I am sending a photo of a headstone of where a loved one is buried. This is going to a family member I have recently got in touch with in Ukraine. In England we would normally write R.I.P or "Gone but never forgotten" on the back of the photo but what could I write in Ukrainian that would be appropriate?

на довгу нiколи незабутню пам'ять is something my relative written on similar pictures of someone who is deceased. Should I write this on the back or something else?
