Need help with a memorial tattoo for my grandad

My grandad has recently passed away and I want to get a tattoo in tribute to him. I was thinking grandad in Ukrainian with 'vichnaya pam'yat' in Ukrainian underneath? Could anyone help me transliterate this for me. I understand that ä¦ÄÕÓØ is grandpa. Also if there is any other ideas I could include it would be much appreciated. Is there an animal or plant or something that is authentically used in Ukraine to symbolize this issue. I would really like the help as I live in the UK and have no way of asking a fellow Ukrainian advice on this matter. Thank you again

A would suggest of a pair of any flowers you or your granddad like/liked.

Here in Ukraine no one would ever put a single flower on someone’s grave. It has to be a pair or another even number. So , a pair of flowers will stand for someone’s memory for sure.

Your love to and memory about your ä¶äõóø are very moving .
