The phrase is incorrect in Ukrainian . Perhaps you took it down incorrectly or the one who sent it to you has problems with grammar … it isn’t important in your case , because it is traditional warm Christmas greetings !

Веселий Різдво = Merry Christmas
Сито = Fed up .
