tattoo

I wan't to get a tattoo of my last name in Ukrainian, I've got one tattoo that has the trident intermingled with the maple leaf.

I found out from a post Hannia replied to of mine and from the alphabet code she sent me my last name would be spelled "Яремчук" Now i don't know how I would like to get it but would it be out of taste to spell it vertically? like so...

It looks wonderful and is fully acceptable. To have only the first letter capital is better as for me.
All native speakers will recognize you immediately , and will be very pleased.
