charit / харит?

Could anyone please translate this sentence?

No on menja shto to silno charit
но он меня чо то сильно харит

At first sight I thought it was Russian, but seems to be Ukrainian instead. Thanks for your help.

That is Russian, and that is hard to translate.
Closest approximation i can give:
It says about someone who is boring speaker to death.
