The Tryzub

I need help. The coat of arms has the tryzub in the center with
two figures on either side. What I would like to know is there are three words written below. What does it say? What does it mean. And how is it written in Ukrainian? I saw the words on line but couldn't make them out.

It seems as political slogan, doesn't it?
