I need help for a tatto i am getting, how would "no mercy" be spelled in ukrainian? or the closest phrase to it as my grandparents whom are from ukraine tell me that there is no word for mercy that they know of, any help is appreciated, thank you from canada. P.s. hope to make it to ukraine within the next few years.....oh and also how would ukraine be spelled in ukrainian, thanks...

Actually “No mercy” in Ukrainian sounds even better than in English –

“Без Жалю” (“bez zhaliu”) has two meanings - “no mercy” or “no regrets”.

Adjective “merciless” in Ukrainian has numerous synonyms: “нещадний", "безпощадний", "безжальний", "немилосердний”.

A teaching assistant in my statistics class a few years ago had a tryzub tattoo and it looks great. It was personal and highlighted her Ukrainian background... I can't say that I care too much if someone wants to have a "no mercy" tattoo ... it is really none of my business and indeed a very personal choice. I am just curious as to the reason for such choice... curiosity - thats all.
