How to get money back from Ukraine?

Hello everyone,

I am living in Australia and have an on-line business. Recently I have found a Wholeseler in Zlatogor (Cherkassy) who was suppsed to supply me with laptops. He gave me all his details:web site,e-mail,company name/address,ph.no.

Now that I have sent him over $1,000.00USD he is not replying to mail e-mails, when I call him and tell him it's me from Australia he hangs up. I do not know what to do. I have reported him to Interpol, Web Police, etc.

I wish to get my money back what are my rights? I can not find his home address nor his home ph.no.

His name does not exist in the World White Pages, now I am confused.Does anyone know what I can do and how to deal with such a crime? Is there a web site that can track down hiw address/ph.no.?

PLEASE HELP IN ANY WAY YOU CAN!!!

sorry for what happened to you.
Why don't you tell you which company or which person it was, who did this to you.

How can anyone help you, if no one know who did this to you.

If you tell us which company or person it was, then maybe there would be someone to help you.

And if there is no one to help you, then you would save other people from fallin into the same trap.

So other people would know, that this company or person is not correct, and they wouldn't buy from them.
