Religious freedom in Ukraine

It was announced two days ago on the radio about the new law on the table regarding religious freedom. The news announced that the new law if passed would prohibit foreigners into the country who were affiliated with religious desires; it also stated that Ukraine would become more harsh and strict toward their own people regarding religious freedom. Another words no religious freedom allowed and going back to 10 years ago and beyond to where there was no religious freedom in the country.
My question is this: Has anyone else heard the same news?
Has anyone heard if the law has passed yet? My Ukrainian friends have not heard about this but are very worried because they remember how the country used to be just 10 years ago.
