I am become destroyer of worlds. Or

some such stuff. Ukraine has felt the indecency of many cruel destroyers. NaZi Germany, Soviet Russia, and now the thugerry of elected faces with no scruples. Is there anything left of the national spirit in Ukraine or is it just a whisper in the wind?

I see alot of absolutely gorgeous Ukranian women on the net. Why are they so eager to get out of Ukraine? The men of Ukraine are not less than any other men. We all are just men, after all. Women are just women. So why do the Ukrainian women want to leave so badly?

Ukraine is a smallish kind of place, a bit larger than Texas, about the same as Alaska, so it should be able to get its house in order. Why aren't there armies of people gathering together to make the changes necessary for their comfort? What's going on in Ukraine that isn't being told?

I know, I know, I said to no one. There is a

reason for every lack of effort. There is no recognition of individual effort. The public has been smothered by the propagandists who say that only the government can make a difference, even when it doesn't, can't, or won't..

If I lived in Ukraine I would have a business if I could. A bar, tavern, pub, whatever you want to call it. and I would encourage loud, boysterous, political discussions. Not so much to accomplish anything but so that people could let everyone know about the feelings that are working in the public. Anyone who voiced the opinion that the STATE should do something would get an argument from me. The State is a cancer and should be treated as something evil at all times. Without restraint the State is worse than a King.

Close, Texas is similar sized to Ukraine but Alaska is more than twice the size of either of them.

Alaska =586,412 square miles

Texas =268,820 square miles

Ukraine =233,090 square miles

The reason that many want to leave is for a better life. Simple! Ukraine is a wonderful place with lot's of great people but life isn't easy there compared to the west.
IF it ever gets on its feet it will become a major center for everything.

Is the thuggery so intense that people can't make a difference in the political system? It would seem to me that the people themselves have to say no more of this stuff. We can help the weakest but the government has to absolutely get out of the way.

There is a saying, the government that governs least, governs best. It starts with the school system. If it's government controlled it is less than useless, it's outrageous. Schools are used as propaganda outlets, along with public radio and tv. They should be abolished for lack of anything productive.

Here in the states it has taken more than a hundred years of concerted effort by the globalists to screw us up so bad that most of the people don't have a clue as to why everything is such a mess..They believe the "news" media outlets which feed them junk news and fluff articles. They believe the politicians who lie constantly. It's pathetic.

I feel awful about the way the globalists are chewing all the societies to pieces. And when I see what's happening to Ukraine it makes me angry, because what's being done there is the forerunner of what's coming to us all.

Thanks for the stats. I was going by memory of maps I'd seen 50 years ago. They weren't wrong, but I sure didn't remember it so right.

Just what have you seen of Ukraine?
How many times have you been there for how much time total?
You've got a distorted view of life there. While it's not as good as US standards, It's a country that's only TWENTY years old. it's improved a lot since the Soviet days and it's certainly better over all than when I first went there 8 years ago. I see progress happening everytime I return.
I spend around 1 1/2 months a year there and manage some travels to new areas each time.

provoke conversation. Finally someone has answered. I hope that Ukraine is doing well. What I know of the country and the people I love. Aside from the radiation from chernobyl I've heard alot of good things about the country.

The radiation from Japan is infecting the whole northern hemisphere with some places measuring upwards to the equivelant of an exray every hour. Already it's effecting the Japanese population. I just hope they do as good of a a job at getting that mess under control as the Russians did with chernobyl. And our leaders want more nuclear power. Lunatics.

By the pictures of the countryside it looks very similar to the Pacific Northwest, Possibly British Columbia. To me it's very beautiful.

thanks for answering my post and a good day to you.
