Evidently it ain't you using the brain cell.
Tell the Welsh they ain't a nation, because they've been governed as part of Britain for God knows how long. Morons abound, but why do they flock here to spout inanities while lamenting their lost empire. I guess the minders forgot to give the hand out the warm milk and cookies so the_last_brain_cell got a little upset. Take Care Vlas. [Edited by steve_vlasenko on 22nd February 2001 at 17:04] |

to the post-deleting character
Sounds like you're talking to yourself, stasua.

I can quote from Kievan Russian Chronicles and you'll see that Vladimir and Yaroslav were Russian princes. Spare yourself the embarrassment. Of course, you can just delete my whole post, like you did before, and keep talking to yourself. |

Still more flapping
I read in Empire that Sean Connery was English, that was rubbish too. By your ridiculous assertions then all Pakistanis are Indian. try telling them that. I'd get the family brain cell before you post again.

fuel spent?
I don't see how Connery or Pakistan relate to the discussed issue about Vladimir and Yaroslav being Russian princes and not Ukrainian.
Repetiotion of your personal insults are, as always, very amusing. |

Ok, other than some of the goofy posts here, this topic is fairly interesting.
I don't think there is one figure who is "the" most important, but my vote goes to Ukrainian intellectuals, who developed a Ukrainian language, and national consciousness. |
