Old Films depicting the struggle for independence?

I am seraching for a film I viewd many many years ago. My best guess is around 1978-80, around the same time that the " Rocky Horror Picture Show" became a cult classic.

It was a film depicting a band of partisans who eventually attacked a Russian HQ during a party when most of the Russians were drunk ( imagine that!).

Does this sound familar to anyone? Adn are there any other movies depicting the struggle of the UPA, or OUN-B for my reference?

He's better off doing so with the misguided anger found among some with origins in western Ukraine.
