The problem is that Misha does not (or just can not) support his views with any credible sources and it makes them meaningless. Another Russo-centric participant named The_Last_Word (aka Danger Boy in russia.com) had much more interesting things to say and he was able to provide a diligent (although much biased) scholarship.
I try not to assess the discussion quality on the basis of what is stated but rather how it can be defended. In this respect, The_Last_Word was really good and I have a regret about his present silence.
No wonder that we wear deaf-filters when reading Misha's posts.

As for providing facts, I did document that the Kaminski Brigade had nothing to do with the Vlasov army. I also documented how the Riuriks ruled Russia untli the end of Ivan the Terrible's reign. Once again, there's no real disputing of the obvious.

I don't know about San Rus' doings at russia.com. I stay away from there in large part because of Rain's frequently posted garbage. He has a right to post and I have a right to not read the repeated crapola of his that has been repeatedly debunked by others as well as by yours truly.

Implied bigotry with the term "Mongol" to describe Russians who whether Mad Max likes it or not are the group who Ukrainians are most closely related with.

Likewise at The New York Times Russia-East Europe Forum, an American based Macedonian told of a recent experience where he met up with a cab driver who was from Ukraine and referred to it as a part of Russia.

These west Ukrainian based nazinalists can rewrite the truth all they want.
