Getting back to Hitler and Stalin, my vote would be Hitler. The methods of extermination and the racial views that encouraged these methods were not only brutal but were so horrific as to be inhuman. No one has the right to experiment on others just because they are considered different, no one has the right to attempt the extermination of entire ethnic groups. Yet the Nazi's did this and actively encouraged others to do it also.

getting back to H and S. in mine opinion - stalin's methods of exteremintations were the same inhuman as hitler's. they both decide to sentence people to death by famine and slavery. stalin was even more efficient, beacuse he didn't have to build concentration camps, he used syberia to hide this genocide. he just left less tracks of his crime than hitler, that's all.

stalin for sure. One because he had like a number count of 33 million deaths and because his regime lasted longer up until his death.

He had the purge. He had the holodomor. He had NKVD activities of Killing ethnic Poles and Ukrianians. He killed POWS such as Katyn massacre and he had gulags.
