This subject shouldn't be of interest. The term 'SS' makes any cause an oxymoron, its like 'Good Evil'.

Hanja, Belial,
I reviewed the website you recommended. Hanja, your recommendation can hardly be regarded as a serious historic source. It should be judged not for what it describes but rather for what it failed to provide. Maybe it is sometimes better to keep silence about the agonizing past but it is surely alarming when the inquiring historians are threatened even now by the extreme nationalists. The case of Prof. Vitaly Maslovsky's mysterious death, provided by new participant named Belial(Hi Belial!) is not an isolated example. The similar situations happened in Poland. I would be much concerned about the threats against Dr Polishchuk in Canada. These threatening people do not joke! The fact that Polishchuk is Ukrainian only makes it worse.
If we are going to forgive , first we need to hear: I am sorry. If we are encouraged to understand, first we have to know not only convenient truths. Unfortunately, the SS Galizien question is an obvious case of unconvenient truth.

Every time I read one of your posts, the phrase Polish chauvinism comes to mind.
