I am trying to find a place called ALTSCHEWSK

Hi,

I am trying to find a place called Altschewsk formaly known as Woroschilowsk...It is I am told located 40 km west south west of Luhansk.

I cannot find this on any map.I Have a relative who is buried at a cemetary there...I would like to visit .but I cant visit until I knowwhere to go...He was buried there in 1944 after dying of Typhoid.

I believe there was a barracks there..It was in the wwII.

I have a bit more information on the man who is buried there but not much else.

Can anyone help me???
