Hello everyone, I'm sort of a newbie here, but I wanted to mention A video I became enthralled in that played on the History channel recently,
Russia: Land Of The Tsars. It's a long documentary... like 3 hours, but so well put together and entertaining. I watched it till the end and was surprised when the documentary played over once again. I ended up watching it all over again.
I never paid too much attention to history class back in school but I dont remember ever being taught the history of Russia. LOL it was back in the cold war days. I was amazed at the lengthy history of Russia and Ukraine. It was a wonderful learning experience for me.
I wonder however if anyone else has watched it and what they thought of its realism and historical accuracy. At the very least I found it an invaluable resource to understanding the history of such an incredible country.
