Dear Zbyszek, dear friends!
I have found this site in the spring of 2000. The main place of dialogue was the guest book. I have studied its messages since 11/21/1999. It was very interesting for me to know the opinion of people from different countries about my country, about Ukraine.
I have found this forum in October, 2001. Also I have looked different other sites and forums. I want to say, that for me namely this forum was and is the most interesting.
The totals of year, which is gone away. I have met new friends here and I maintain the correspondence with them. They tell about themselves and about their countries, I try to tell them about Ukraine. I have found out many interesting things, I have seen pictures from life of other people. I could help some people with the information. Unfortunately I wrote a little in the forum, but I read a lot of discussions. Probably I managed to avoid of old stereotypes, to extend my outlook, to learn the new points of view, to become more tolerance. I want to mark, that this process was morbid.
Also I want to say, that our friend Zbyszek has played an appreciable role in activation of my thoughts and interests. The correspondence with him has forced me again to read the tutorials of history, to watch news of Ukraine-Polish ratioes. I have shifted curtain of information absence, I have discovered for myself the Polish jazz, Polish painting, I have visited some Polish forums and I has seen that we and our feelings are very similar.
I am pleasantly surprised of Zbyszek's activity and his talents of historian and writer. I would say, that Zbyszek became one of the leaders of the forum.
I sincerely wish for the Discussions members good luck in New Year and I hope for new meetings and discussions.
Personal greetings to Irinka as to the manager and large gratitude for activity of the most interesting forum.

Dear Rajkumar, I am using my time to weep now. My Dad died two days ago, so in the beginning, let me share my sympathy in fresh losses of some of us: Forest, Hannia and a family of Johstruthers/Vanya.

For the rest, I would like to repeat my last year's greetings. No time to make a list again. Please find my posts above.

I am glad that new members joined us recently. I hope they will stay with us for long.

Time will heal your heart.
Your father's memory will always be with you.

Again, with tears in my eyes, I wish all my friends here merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2006.

I have to wait patiently for better luck. Just a few days ago, unknown bandits "visited" my mother's apartment, they brutally beat her for unknown reason and left her lying on the floor. They most probably wanted money. I discovered her suffering probably two days after it all had happened, exactly on 1st anniversary of my Dad's death.
She is now staying in neuro-surgical ward of hospital struggling for life, unconscious, with serious bleeding inside her brain.
Please pray for her life.
