Merry Christmas 2011/2012
So that wonderful Christmas times comes again, for all Christians. Never mind if it is celebrated on December 24 or January 6 - the whole Christian community is overjoyed and enchanted again. We think of newborn Jesus but we also think about people and I would like to send you a word of peace and friendship at that time. It was so interesting to interact with many of you and and some cases I had unique opportunity to learn a lot, too. I would to send my best greeting to Kathy, Batukhan, Silkrem, Hannia, Ulysses, Lilly, Donkichotte, Serhii, Nickolas, Dobko, Laryska, Rajkumar, Albatros, Zhuk, Kazhan, The Last Word, Halina, Stas, V-G, Forest, Lenire, Irinka, Divchyna. May your Christmas be the most meaningful time, time to remember. I would also like to pay my respect to some of us who passed away: Johnstruthers and Andrewblow.
Next year will be particularly important both for Ukraine and Poland. Fur a couple of weeks our countries will be like one host inviting football (soccer) fans from all over Europe comming to see the EURO 2012 Football Championships. It will be a good opportunity to observe how the region of Europe changes and grows in spite of shortcomings and difficulties. Visit us and enjoy, please. |

Best Christmas and New Year's Greetings
I am writing this on January 7, 2013 when the Orthodox and Greek Catholics believers celebrate their meaningful holidays. Happy Christmas to all my friends and all other participants to this Ukrainian forum!. Have a prosperous, happy New Year 2013!
BlueandGold, thank you for your friendly answer from a year ago. Kathy, do you still post here from time to time? Please receive my best greetings for you personally and for your family! Silkrem, please stay with us and give your voice form time to time. Happy Xmas and a New Year to you! Batukhan, your reappearance after many years made me so glad! Have a good time wherever God placed you on our planet. For your information, I read afascinating story in the Newsweek magazine about the hunt for Genghis Khans's tomb. It seems that the scientists finally succeeded in tracing it (Newseek, December 10 2012, European Edition). I believe that the European Football Championships EURO 2012 was a huge success both for Ukraine and Poland. It changed the lanscape of our countries, it added new stadiums, buildings and high quality roads. It was memorable. Last edited by Zbyszek; 7th January 2013 at 15:30. |
