Looking for Lena in Kamchatka

Wanted to know if anyone knew of a woman named Lena, born in Kamchatka, on October 7, 1982, father is military, studies in the second school in the area of cooking. I wanted to know if this is the only board I can write to if she lives now in Lugansk???? Is there another place to go to post a note?????????

Kevin, do you know how many Lena's there are in the Ukraine?
Lena or Helen, or Olena or Ylena or Elena is a very common name. Seriously! And her father is in the Military. In a country where the military is the largest employer, it will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. I am very sorry mate. However, on the more positive side, there are a number of Ukrainian sites, many of which can be searched from the 'Google' search engine. You may be able to actually get a site for the city with a notice board. But be aware that computer ownership is nowhere near the number of the west and it may be that she accesses the computer from an internet club. Therefore, see if you can search out the internet clubs in the city, they will have a web site or contact address. If all fails, try getting a visitor (tourist) visa and go seek her out, the country is worth visiting, the people are friendly and if you need any advice, apart from the stuff from the embassy and on the web sites, you can always e-mail me.
